Chrysanthemums plants are often called ' mums' and have about 30 species of perennial flowering plants. They are native to Asia and northeastern Europe and were first cultivated in China. The chrysanthemum flower can come in various forms of which are cultivated as ornamentals for their showy radiate flower heads.
